How to open
Application can be opened by the following steps:
- Go to the board you want to perform find and replace on
- Click on the “+”
- Go to the apps options
- Click on the Find&Replace app
How to use
Find what – a text app will search for in the board. This field is mandatory and case sensitive (e.g. “A” and “a” are different letters)
Replace with – a text app will replace all of the occurrences of previous text field in the board with
Match whole text checkbox if checked will prompt the app to search only for the columns which exactly match the “Find what” value
Columns and Groups sections when opened up allow to choose which columns and groups search and replacement should be performed on. All unchecked groups or columns will be ignored. By default the whole board will be searched.
Currently we support the following column types: the primary item name column, Numbers, Text, Long Text, Email, Phone.
